What cable glands produce production requirements

Cable connector will appear in the production, many of the problems, first on the production requirements summarize a few suggestions: 
one, making cable terminations and joints, cut the cable from the peel should begin until the completion of continuous operation, reducing insulation exposure time. Stripping should not damage the cable cores and retain insulation. Additional insulation wrapping, assembly, shrink, etc. should be cleaned.  
2, oil-filled cables have connectors on the line, you should first make a connection; potential difference at both ends, you should first make a low terminal head. 
3, cable terminals and connectors should be taken to strengthen the insulation, sealing moisture, mechanical protection and other measures. 6kV and above power cable terminals and connectors, yet end the cable shield should improve the effective electric field concentration measures, and shall ensure that the outer insulating phase and ground distance. 
4,35 kV and below cable stripping tangent core insulation, shielding, metallic sheath, the core along the surface of the insulation to the nearest ground (shield or metallic sheath ends) the minimum distance shall comply with the requirements in Table 6.2.4. 
5, in the production of plastic insulated cable terminal head and joints should be completely clear semi-conductive shielding layer.On the package with graphite shield, you should use a solvent wipe carbon footprint; pair of extruded shield stripping shall not damage the surface of the insulation, shielding end should be smooth. 
6, three-core oil-paper insulated cables should be retained turnkey insulation 25mm, not damage. Stripping shielded carbon ink paper, end should be smooth. Bending wire core should be evenly and should not damage the insulation sheet; wire core bending radius of not less than 10 times its diameter. Wrapped or perfusion, filled with an insulating material, should eliminate the air gap cores branch office. 
7, oil-filled cable terminations and joints surrounding the supplementary insulation shall not completely closed pressure tank.Production and vacuum processing, oil leaking from the cable should be discharged, shall not accumulate in porcelain or housing. 
8, the cable core connection wire core should be removed and the connection pipe wall oil and oxide layers. Crimp fittings shall cooperate with appropriate. Compression ratio should meet the requirements. After crimping terminals or connecting tube should be convex marks on the repair smooth, without residual burrs. Using copper solder connections, you should use a neutral paste not burn insulation. 
9, the three core power cable connectors on both sides of the cable metal shield (or metal sleeve), armor layer should be well-connected, respectively, shall not be interrupted, cross-wiring section should not be less than the specification table 6.1.8 grounding wire cross-section requirement. Buried cable connector metal shell and metal sheath cables should be done embalmed. 
10, three-core power cable metal sheath at the terminal must be grounded; plastic cable per phase copper shield and steel armor should soldering ground. Cable through the zero sequence current transformer, the cable metal sheath and ground response of the insulation, the cable connected to the following locations in the transformer, the ground wire should be directly grounded; ground above the transformer, the transformer ground wire should be routed through ground. 
11, the assembly, the combination of cable terminations and joints, the cooperation between the various components or lap joints must be taken plugging, moisture and sealing measures. Lead-sheathed cable seals should wipe the surface oxide; Boring lead time not too long, seals must be dense nonporous. Oil-filled cable seals should be carried out twice, the first block oil, the second forming and strengthening high differential seals applied epoxy reinforcement.
